After the IGT/Anchor Gaming merger, Mark generated hundreds of millions in licensing revenues on behalf of the consortium. He also negotiated many of the third-party content deals for IGT, including the original deal bringing High 5 Games to IGT.
After IGT, Mark served as the Executive Director of IP Development and Licensing for WMS Industries Inc. (NYSE: WMS). At WMS, Mark formed IP alliances with various gaming suppliers and assisted with two successful litigations to enforce one alliance’s IP rights. Mark also created a third party content program for WMS and developed a network of third party content suppliers.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Brigham Young University and subsequently earned an MBA from UNLV and a JD from the Boyd School of Law.
